Keep this recipe on hand to make your own healthy version of self raising flour. Often GF self raising flour contains legumes which mean that it is not appropriate for Low Fodmappers.

Ingredients
  • 150gm sorghum flour
  • 200gm white rice flour
  • 60gm arrowroot flour
  • 100g buckwheat flour
  • 4 teaspoons gluten free baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
Directions
  • Step 1 Traditional method: Place all ingredients in bowl. Mix well until combined thoroughly.
