Ingredients
  • 120g butter
  • 150gm wholegrain oat cereal biscuits, crushed
  • 120gm almond meal
  • 4 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs palm sugar
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbs Goji berries, dried
  • 50gm walnuts, crushed
  • 50gm macadamia nuts, crushed
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°c
  • Step 2 Grease baking tray approximately 20x20cm
  • Step 3 In shallow pan, melt the butter slowly along with palm sugar.
  • Step 4 Keeping sunflower seeds aside, slowly add remaining ingredients.
  • Step 5 Once well mixed, firmly press mixture in to pre-prepared pan.
  • Step 6 Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top of the mixture.
  • Step 7 Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until a nice golden brown.
  • Step 8 Evenly slice in to 10 bars and place on cooling rack to cool completely.

  • 120g butter

  • 120gm almond meal
  • 4 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs palm sugar
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbs Goji berries, dried
  • 50gm walnuts, crushed
  • 50gm macadamia nuts, crushed
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°c
  • Step 2 Grease baking tray approximately 20x20cm
  • Step 3 Insert whist in to mixing bowl.
  • Step 4 Add butter, maple syrup and palm sugar to mixing bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 60C on speed 1.
  • Step 5 Remove lid and add remaining ingredients except for sunflower seeds.Mix in other ingredients  30 sec/-/Speed 2.
  • Step 6 Once well mixed, firmly press mixture in to pre-prepared pan.
  • Step 7 Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top of the mixture.
  • Step 8 Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until a nice golden brown.
  • Step 9 Evenly slice in to 10 bars and place on cooling rack to cool completely.
