Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Lactose Free Yogurt
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Fresh Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lemon (juice only)
  • 2 tbs Olive oil (garlic infused if available)
Directions
  • Step 1 In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together well.
  • Step 2 Place in refrigerator and serve chilled.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Lactose Free Yogurt
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Fresh Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lemon (juice only)
  • 2 tbs Olive oil (garlic infused if available)
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all ingredients to TM bowl
  • Step 2 Blend ingredients for 10 secs/-/7Season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator and serve chilled.
