Refresh yourself and drink the summertime with this smoothie that looks incredible.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 medium orange, cubed
  • ½ cup lactose free natural yogurt
  • 1 tps vanilla essence
  • ice cubes
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Step 2 Pour in to two glasses and enjoy.

  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 medium orange, cubed
  • ½ cup lactose free natural yogurt
  • 1 tps vanilla essence
  • ice cubes
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all ingredients to the TM bowl and blend for 60 secs/-/speed 9
  • Step 2 Pour in to two glasses and enjoy.
