One of the most versatile things to have in a Low Fodmap pantry. Choose salted or unsalted nuts depending on your primary use for the peanut butter. Unsalted is more often used as a cooking/baking ingredient.

By:

Ingredients
  • 400 g roasted peanuts salted or unsalted
Directions
  • Step 1 Place the peanuts into a food processor.
  • Step 2 Chop and or pulse until a smooth consistency is formed
  • Step 3 Scrape down the sides.
  • Step 4 Mix for a further 10 seconds or so.
  • Step 5 Check if it’s the consistency you would like, if not repeat process until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Step 6 Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

By:

Ingredients
  • 400 g roasted peanuts salted or unsalted
Directions
  • Step 1 Place the peanuts into the TM Mixing Bowl.
  • Step 2 Chop for 10secs on Speed 4.
  • Step 3 Scrape down the sides.
  • Step 4 Mix for a further 10 seconds on Speed 4 (check if it’s the consistency you would like).
  • Step 5 Scrape down the sides.
  • Step 6 For a smooth peanut butter, slowly increase to Speed 7 for 1-2 minutes (scraping down the sides every 30 seconds).
  • Step 7 Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
