Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lactose free milk of choice
  • 3-5 mint leaves
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice
Directions
  • Step 1 Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2 Pour the mixture in to two glasses and drink while cold.

  • Step 2 Blend well for 10 seconds/ – /Speed 2
  • Step 3 Pour the mixture in to two glasses and drink while cold.
