Low Fodmap Raspberry Mint Smoothie
This smoothie is tart and refreshing, and looks totally like summer in a glass. Keep to one serving due to serving size for coconut water. Alternatively, switch out the coconut water with a low fodmap milk such as a lactose free milk or Almond Milk. (250ml serving size)
- ½ cup water
- 300ml coconut water
- 1½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana (unripe)
- 1 tbs chai seeds
- Fresh mint leaves as desired
- Step 1 Throw all ingredients in to blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
