Get your day started off on the right Low Fodmap foot. This fresh and visually inviting smoothie is filling, fast and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tps chai seeds
  • 1 handful fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
Directions
  • Step 1 Peel and chop the cucumbers
  • Step 2 Place all of the items in to a blender or food processor
  • Step 3 Blend until smooth
  • Step 4 Garnish with some fresh blueberies
