This is a refreshing Italian style sorbet that takes literally minutes to make, yet tastes delicious and makes a huge impression.

Ingredients
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tps lemon juice
  • ½ cup icing sugar (optional)
  • 1 egg white
Directions
  • Step 1 Place rosemary sprigs in to TM bowl and chop 5 Secs / – / Speed 10
  • Step 2 Add raspberries, lemon juice and icing sugar if using and blend for 10 Secs / – / Speed 8
  • Step 3 Add the egg white and blend again for 15 secs – / Speed 4
  • Step 4 Serve topped with crushed pistachio for a great colour contrast (Pistachios are high in Oligo-GOS so keep to no more than 5 nuts in total as in the image for example)
