A great way to bring a prepared breakfast with you on the go and as a fail safe if you are stuck out of home without a food option.


  • Lactose Free Yogurt
  • 2tbs Maple Syrup
  • Gluten Free Granola
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Raisins (1 tbs is low fodmap)
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Pineapple
  • Chai Seeds
  • Step 1 Layer each of the ingredients in to the mason jar according to your preference. Top with sliced Kiwi and a sprinkling of Chai Seeds and grab a spoon to enjoy!
