Mason Breakfast Jar
A great way to bring a prepared breakfast with you on the go and as a fail safe if you are stuck out of home without a food option.
- Lactose Free Yogurt
- 2tbs Maple Syrup
- Gluten Free Granola
- Raisins (1 tbs is low fodmap)
- Kiwi Fruit
- Chai Seeds
- Step 1 Layer each of the ingredients in to the mason jar according to your preference. Top with sliced Kiwi and a sprinkling of Chai Seeds and grab a spoon to enjoy!
